For the prestigious Livestrong Curaçao project, we were responsible for the entire engineering and production process for the steel structure, balustrades and Corten steel cladding of the new office building. It was a challenging project, in which technology and aesthetics went hand in hand. The real eye-catcher of the building is the impressive three-legged column, composed of 500 mm round tubing. This striking structure not only literally supports the building, but also sets the tone for the industrial and powerful design of the whole.
Given the tropical climate on Curaçao, the entire steel structure has been treated with a durable preservative, specifically tailored to the local conditions. As always, we worked with our regular export partner Den Boer Worldwide Export from Harderwijk on the export and logistics for this international project. Thanks to this reliable collaboration, all components could be transported to Curaçao efficiently and carefully.
